At Neonatecare, we want every shopping experience to be smooth and reassuring for you and your family. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


⏳ 7-Day Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
After 7 days, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.


✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags intact
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care or sanitary products
  • Opened or used feeding items
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items bought on clearance or with promotional discounts

💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email notification of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  2. Contact your card provider or bank — processing may take a few days

🎁 Gift Returns

If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received
  • If the item was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to them directly

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is incorrect/damaged)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For secure returns, we recommend using a trackable courier service
